This signature fall weekend combines elements of Alumni & Family Weekend (previously held in February), New Student Family Weekend, and St. Dominic Weekend. Featured events are designed to engage students and their families, welcome alumni and friends back to Friartown, and honor the college’s most generous donors. This is a great opportunity for visitors to experience the ongoing transformation of PC’s campus in the comfort and beauty of a New England fall.

Homecoming 2026 is the weekend of October 2 – 4. Alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff, friends, and fans — if you consider yourself a member of the Friar family, we hope you will join the celebration on campus.

You can look forward to a full schedule of events and activities including the Friar 5K, Friar Fest, Late Night Madness featuring Kelly Clarkson, athletic competitions, and more.

Campus will be busy with activity for the weekend. Guests are encouraged to enter campus through the Huxley Avenue gate (accessible via Admiral Street). Yes! Show your bib at the welcome desk of the Concannon Fitness Center, and you will be able to access the men’s and women’s locker rooms. Towels and toiletries are not provided.

Yes! As alumni, parents, and family members of PC, you are eligible for entry to Late Night Madness. Tickets are available through the Providence College Ticket Office.

Kelly Clarkson is a multi-talented artist with over 25 million albums and 50 million singles sold worldwide. Her award-winning daytime talk show, “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” now in its seventh season, has earned her multiple Emmy Awards, including wins for Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host and Outstanding Daytime Talk Series. Most recently, the series received 11 Emmy Award nominations, including nominations for Outstanding Daytime Talk Series and Outstanding Daytime Talk Series Host. Additionally, Kelly coached winning teams on “The Voice” in seasons 14, 15, 17, and 21, recently wrapped season 29, and is currently filming the show’s new season. The release coincided with the expansion of Kelly Clarkson: Studio Sessions and her ongoing Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, with Billboard noting the show as a “vocal masterclass,” driven by Clarkson’s powerhouse delivery and intimate, conversational tone. The residency continues with performances scheduled through 2026.

In 2024, Clarkson teamed up with internationally renowned artists/producers Mark Ronson & Andrew Wyatt for the original holiday single “You For Christmas,” which can be heard on her deluxe re-release, When Christmas Comes Around…Again. The re-release also included a new cover of “Sleigh Ride.”

Walk-in registration is available. All attendees must check in at the Slavin Center upon arrival to campus. Please note, some ticketed events may not be able to accommodate walk-ins. We encourage all guests to register online by Friday, September 25, to secure event tickets.
